How do I harvest and store my onions?

Bend the leaves, causing bulbs to stop growing and ripen. This process takes about a week. You will pull onions out of the ground when leaves turn brown. Allow to cure in the sun to dry. Cut tops off and leave about an inch of the stem.

Wipe any dirt off, but do not wash the onions. Store them in a cool dark place. Onions will store for 2-3 months.
