What are warm season vegetables?

Warm season vegetables can not take any frost and need to be planted 1-2 weeks after the last frost.

Plant warm season vegetables mid to late spring when the daytimes are staying above 65 degrees and the soil temperatures are above 50 degrees. 


Warm season vegetables include:

  • Bean
  • Corn
  • Cucumber
  • Eggplant
  • Pepper
  • Squash
  • Tomato
