Due to overnight temperatures forecasted this week at our central Pennsylvania greenhouse, we will have to move out the shipping date for your brassica plants to ensure their health on their shipping journey. Your brassica plants will now be shipping out beginning the week of 2/26/2023. We sincerely apologize for this delay. Fortunately, your brassicas can be planted as soon as you receive them this season and you can rest assured that they will thrive in your garden.

Potatoes and Garlic


There's still time to plant potatoes and garlic in most zones. Below are varieties of each we still have in stock:


Harvest Moon: Infused with creamy, nutty flavor, ‘Harvest Moon’ is a culinary triumph on her own, no butter or salt required. Multitalented, crack-resistant medium-sized potato can be enjoyed every which way: mashed, baked, boiled, fried—or adding color and flavor to a potato salad.


Rio Grande Russet: Rio Grande has rust-brown skin and white flesh. Well-adapted across the country. Stores well.


Yukon Gold: Plant these in your garden and you will have a goldmine of yellow-skinned, yellow-fleshed potatoes ready to harvest in 100 days.



Red Gold: All purpose, it can be mashed, roasted, baked or fried. Yellow flesh and tan skin with pretty raspberry-red eyes.



Princess Laratte: Reminiscent of chestnuts, hazelnuts and almonds mingled with a subtle sweetness!



Purple Majesty: These ever-so-delicious potatoes are purple through and through-with wine-dark skins and succulent purple flesh. 



Extra Select: Softneck variety are widely adapted garlics are easy to grow and will keep 10 months.




Silver Rose: A smooth, silvery-skinned garlic with rose-colored cloves and mild flavor, it ingeniously evokes and amplifies the flavors of other recipe ingredients.
