Due to overnight temperatures forecasted this week at our central Pennsylvania greenhouse, we will have to move out the shipping date for your brassica plants to ensure their health on their shipping journey. Your brassica plants will now be shipping out beginning the week of 2/26/2023. We sincerely apologize for this delay. What is the after care for Amaryllis?

  1. After the flowers have bloomed cut the flower stalk to and inch above the bulb.
  2. Allow the leaves to develop and keep in a sunny window..
  3. Keep the soil moist and fertilize the plant like any houseplant.
  4. After all the frost has passed it can be moved outside for the summer.
  5. Allow the plant to grow for 5-6 months.
  6. Allow the soil to dry out, and remove leaves when they turn yellow.
  7. Remove bulb from soil and remove any soil.
  8. Keep bulb in a cool dark dry place for at 6-8 weeks.
  9. Replant bulb in fresh soil about 6-8 weeks before you want it to bloom.
